From the Heart

We got to meet a very special little man today. Bently and I share something in common and I feel very connected to this little guy. We were both born with Tetrallogy of Fallot, known to some as “Blue Babies.” Though we were born 31 years apart, we now share the same doctors. The incredible surgeon, Reed Quinn, who performed Bently’s life saving heart surgery a few weeks ago, also performed my pulmonary valve replacement last year. Bently is healing well and he is a beautiful and healthy baby boy.
