We love doing real estate and architectural photography. While most of our business is spent doing portraits, these types of projects touch a different part of our photography brains. We trade posing for inspecting, trying to make sure everything is in place, everything is straight, and the space looks its best. Since this tiny home is actively being lived in, we paid special attention to declutter as much as possible while still making it feel “homey,” and then of course putting all of the owner’s things right back where we found them when we were done.
The coolest part of about this home? It was built by Ryan Deane of Down and Back Wood Salvage. Much of the materials are up-cycled and reclaimed. The front door is an old door made new again. The original lockset was removed and replaced with a keypad entry lockset. The stair railing was constructed from an old barn ladder.
